What is the return policy?
We are committed to sustainability and reducing waste. As all of our products are made-to-order, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges at this time.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at hello@fanjoy.co if your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work to make it right.
Non-returnable Items
Since our products are custom-made to order, we cannot accept returns on any items. Additionally, we do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases, or perishable goods.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, as required by law. However, this applies only to unused and unworn items in their original packaging with proof of purchase. Please contact us at hello@fanjoy.co to initiate this process.
